The Bleckley County Royals finished Friday night’s matchup against the Swainsboro Tigers with a convincing 42-17 victory.

After establishing a 35-10 lead through three quarters, Bleckley County maintained control during the final period.

Swainsboro added seven points in the fourth quarter, but the Royals had one more touchdown waiting.

With approximately 30 seconds remaining, Kix Foskey scored on a 2-yard touchdown run. Dylan Lamb, No. 61, added the extra point, bringing the final score to 42-17.

The Royals scored in every quarter, putting up 14 points in the first, seven in the second, 14 in the third and seven in the fourth.

Bleckley County’s defense also played an important role, holding Swainsboro scoreless during the second and third quarters.

The victory gives the Royals another win as they continue their 2026 football season.
