Bleckley County Schools has been named a 2025–2026 GAEL Vision Award winner, an honor presented by the Georgia Association of Educational Leaders (GAEL).
The award was announced during the GAEL Winter Conference held in Athens earlier this semester.
The GAEL Vision Award recognizes school districts that demonstrate a strong commitment to professional growth and leadership development at all levels.
Honorees are selected based on their dedication to supporting educators through ongoing learning opportunities, as well as active engagement with GAEL through advocacy, networking, and statewide initiatives.
“Bleckley County Schools is honored to be recognized with the GAEL Vision Award,” said Bleckley County School Superintendent Dr. Trey Belflower. “This recognition reflects the ongoing work of our educators and leaders who are committed to growing professionally and serving our students at the highest level.”
The recognition highlights the district’s continued investment in both its staff and students, reinforcing its mission to foster excellence in education across the community.
