COCHRAN, Ga. — Bleckley County officials are reminding residents that yard signs may not be placed within county road rights-of-way.
According to a notice issued by Bleckley County Commissioner Mike Davis, signs found within the county right-of-way will be removed and taken to the Bleckley County Road Department, where they may be collected.
Residents who are putting out yard signs are asked to make sure the signs are located on private property and outside the road right-of-way.
“Thank you for your cooperation,” Davis said in the notice.
