Preparations are underway for Cochran’s annual Christmas Parade, scheduled for Friday, Dec. 4, with individuals, businesses and organizations invited to submit entries.
According to the parade application, participants may enter floats, vehicles, walking or marching groups, dance groups, equestrian entries and other categories.
Floats must be in line and ready for judging by 5:30 p.m., with everyone riding on a float in place for judging.
The entry fee is $20 per group, with an additional $10 charge for each regular vehicle. Candy is welcome.
Completed applications, entry fees and signed forms must be submitted to Cochran City Hall by noon Wednesday, Nov. 25.
