The Acting Knight’s Theatre group from Middle Georgia State University’s Cochran Campus, in partnership with the Cochran-Bleckley County Chamber of Commerce, hosted a community UNO Tournament Tuesday evening at Chamber Commons, offering local residents an evening of friendly competition and fellowship.
Players of all ages gathered to test their card-playing skills while competing for cash prizes and donated prizes provided by local business sponsors. Chips, drinks and snacks were available for purchase throughout the event.
The tournament was made possible through the support of the Cochran-Bleckley County Chamber of Commerce and several local businesses that sponsored prizes for the competition. Organizers welcomed participants for an evening designed to bring the community together through a fun and family-friendly activity.
Tournament winners will be announced at the conclusion of the event. The Ledger will update this story once the results are made available.
