The Bleckley County Board of Education has approved several important end-of-year dates for Bleckley County High School’s Class of 2027 and other high school students.
According to information released by the school system, Senior Week is scheduled for May 10-14, 2027, with senior final exams taking place May 17-19. Senior grades must be finalized by 4 p.m. on May 19.
Graduation activities will begin with graduation practice at 8 a.m. on May 20 and May 21, followed by Bleckley County High School’s graduation ceremony at 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 22, 2027.
Students in grades 9-11 will attend classes during the final week of school, which is scheduled for May 24-28. Final exams for those students will be held May 26-28.
The last day of school for the 2026-2027 school year will be Friday, May 28, 2027, and will be a half day for students.
School officials encourage students and families to make note of the dates as they begin planning for the upcoming academic year.
