According to unofficial results posted on the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office website, Christopher “Chad” Brown is leading Janie Lee Cahill Tuesday night in the Bleckley County Board of Education District 4 race.
Brown received 451 total votes, including:
- 166 Election Day votes
- 278 advance voting ballots
- 7 absentee by mail votes
Cahill received 272 total votes, including:
- 116 Election Day votes
- 152 advance voting ballots
- 4 absentee by mail votes
A total of 723 votes were cast in the race.
Results remain unofficial pending certification.
