A meet-and-greet reception in support of Republican candidate for State School Superintendent Bubba Longgrear is planned for Monday, May 11, in Cochran.
The event will be hosted by Wanda and Earl Barrs and will take place from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Gully Branch Pavilion, located at 376 Butts Road in Cochran.
According to event information, contributions are encouraged but are not required to attend.
Longgrear is currently campaigning for Georgia State School Superintendent in the May 2026 election cycle.
