The Bleckley County Fire Department responded to a total of 91 calls in April, according to department figures.
Those calls included 39 medical calls, 20 motor vehicle accidents, and 17 brush fires. Crews also responded to five landing zone calls, four mutual aid calls, and two incidents involving downed trees or power lines.
The department reported one fire alarm and no structure fires, vehicle fires, or hazmat incidents during the month. One call involved dive boat operations, with two additional calls categorized under other incident types.
