Electronic Consent Forms Must Be Submitted by Nov. 5

COCHRAN — The Bleckley County Health Department will visit Bleckley County Schools on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2026, to administer influenza vaccinations to students.
Parents and guardians who would like their children to receive a flu vaccine during the school visit must complete an electronic consent form in advance.
The deadline to submit the consent form is 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5.
The vaccinations will be administered by Bleckley County Health Department personnel as part of an effort to help protect students against seasonal influenza.
