COCHRAN — Middle Georgia State University will offer a Public Safety Week Lunch & Learn program Sept. 18 in Cochran examining behavioral warning signs associated with targeted violence.
The program, “Pathway Behavior: Early Warning Signs to Prevent Targeted Violence,” will be held from noon-1 p.m. at Alderman Hall on MGA’s Cochran campus.
The featured speaker will be Dr. J. Tripp Mitchell, chief of police and assistant vice president of public safety at Middle Georgia State University.
Participants are encouraged to bring their lunch for the program.
A similar session will be offered Sept. 14 at MGA’s Macon campus.
