COCHRAN — Compassus will offer a grief support group Monday, Sept. 21, at 3 p.m. at Lucas Funeral Home in Cochran.
The group is designed for those grieving the death of a loved one and will provide support, practical coping techniques and information about what to expect during the grieving process.
According to Compassus, losing a significant person can leave individuals feeling lost, confused and overwhelmed. The support group will focus on helping participants find a path forward while also learning ways to support themselves and others during grief.
The meeting will be held at Lucas Funeral Home, 122 W. Dykes St., Cochran.
There is no RSVP required.
