Bleckley County High School is inviting parents to attend its annual Royal University this July, an informational event designed to help families prepare for the upcoming school year.

The event will be held in the BCHS Auditorium and will feature grade-level specific information, important updates and door prizes for attendees.

Parents of rising ninth-grade and twelfth-grade students are encouraged to attend on Monday, July 20, at 6 p.m. Parents of rising tenth-grade and eleventh-grade students should attend on Tuesday, July 21, at 6 p.m.

According to BCHS, Royal University provides parents with valuable information about academic expectations, school procedures and opportunities available to students during the coming school year.

For students who will be eligible to drive to campus, Royal University will also serve as the first opportunity to purchase parking passes for the 2026-27 school year.

School officials encourage all parents to mark their calendars and attend the session designated for their student’s grade level.
