The Tessie W. Norris/Cochran-Bleckley Library will welcome ventriloquist Marc Griffiths for a special Summer Reading Program event on Thursday , June 25, at 2 p.m.
Griffiths, known for his entertaining cast of puppet characters and family-friendly comedy, will bring a fun-filled performance designed to engage children and adults alike. The show will feature audience interaction, humor and plenty of laughs as Griffiths and his puppet friends take center stage.
The free program is open to the public and is part of the library’s summer lineup of activities aimed at encouraging reading, learning and family participation throughout the summer months.
Library officials encourage families to arrive early, as summer programs have drawn strong attendance this year.
