The Bleckley County 10U All-Stars brought home the Gold Championship after an undefeated run during an All-Stars Warm-Up Tournament held this past weekend.
Bleckley County opened tournament play with a dominant 29-1 victory over Hephzibah before defeating Wrens 20-2 in Game 2. The team continued its strong performance with a 13-0 shutout win over Wrens in Game 3.
In the championship game, Bleckley County defeated Waco 6-3 to secure the tournament title.
One of the weekend’s highlights came from Zac Carey, who blasted a grand slam and later delivered a walk-off home run during tournament play.
The championship run provided a strong start for the 10U All-Stars as they continue preparing for upcoming competition.
