Young baseball players looking to take their game to the next level will have two opportunities to try out for the Tide Baseball 10U Travel Team.
Tryouts are scheduled for Saturday, June 20, at 9 a.m. and Saturday, July 11 at 250 W. Dykes Street in Cochran.
According to organizers, the team is seeking competitive, coachable players who have a desire to develop their skills and compete at a high level. The program emphasizes player development, effort and growth both on and off the field.
The Tide Baseball program plans to compete in six tournaments during the fall season, running from August through the end of October. Organizers note there will be no tournament fees for the fall season, and the team will continue together into the spring of 2027.
Additional features of the program include an indoor hitting and pitching facility and a roster limited to 10 players per team.
