Due to a scheduling conflict, The Ledger was unable to attend the City of Cochran City Council meeting in person Monday evening.
The Ledger had planned to follow the meeting via livestream on the City of Cochran’s Facebook page; however, the livestream was not available there at the time of the meeting.
We have been informed that the meeting may have been streamed within a private Facebook group of which The Ledger is not currently a member. We have requested access to the group and have also contacted Mayor Carla Coley requesting a copy of the meeting agenda and information regarding the livestream.
The Ledger is working to obtain information regarding actions taken during the meeting and will provide an update to readers as additional information becomes available.
