A couple got married around midday under the pavilion beside the Tessie W. Norris/Cochran-Bleckley Library and behind the courthouse.
Cars passed. People came and went. The normal rush of the day carried on around them, but the busyness didn’t seem to bother the happy couple one bit.
Watching from my parked car at the library, I honestly had the urge to crash the wedding and ask if I could tell their story.
I didn’t.
And now I’m kind of regretting it.
So here’s my shot at finding them.
If you know the couple who got married today at the pavilion/Cotton Museum — or if it was you — we would absolutely love to share your sweet story with our readers.
Congratulations to the newlyweds, whoever you are. And hey … send us a message with your contact information.
