CHAUNCEY — Community members are invited to gather for an evening of music, food, games, and fireworks during the Chauncey Memorial Day Celebration on May 23 at the Chauncey Municipal Grounds.
Festivities will begin with a cornhole tournament at 4 p.m., followed by live music from Blackwater beginning at 6 p.m. Organizers are encouraging families and friends to come early to enjoy food and games before the fireworks show lights up the sky after dark.
The annual celebration offers an opportunity for the community to come together ahead of Memorial Day weekend to honor and remember those who served while enjoying a night of fellowship and entertainment.
