Heartland EMS recently recognized paramedic Christa Bass as part of its ongoing Employee Spotlight series, giving the community a chance to learn more about the people serving on the front lines of emergency care.
Bass has worked in EMS for just over four and a half years. According to Heartland EMS, she was drawn to the profession because of her desire to help others.
“I got into the field because I knew that I wanted to help people and found that EMS is what I enjoy,” Bass shared in the spotlight feature.
Outside of work, Bass said she enjoys spending time with her family and seeking out new adventures to try.
The Employee Spotlight series is designed to introduce the public to Heartland EMS staff members and recognize the dedication of emergency responders who serve communities across the area.
