Bleckley County voters showed up in a big way on the first day of early voting.
According to data shared Tuesday, Bleckley County recorded the highest percentage of voters participating in early voting of any county in Georgia, with 2.00 percent turnout.
The strong showing placed Bleckley ahead of every other county in the state for first-day participation.
Local election officials with the Bleckley County Board of Registrars have encouraged residents to take advantage of early voting opportunities ahead of Election Day.
