Dear Editor,
I am writing to offer my full endorsement of Representative Danny Mathis for re-election to the Georgia House of Representatives – District 133. Danny has shown a strong commitment over the last six years representing the citizens of Bleckley, Dodge, Telfair, Twiggs and Wilkinson counties in Atlanta at your state Capitol.
His solid values and priorities directly reflect your values and priorities. His approach has been grounded in his lifelong service, accessibility and genuine desire to improve the lives of everyone he represents.
Danny’s honesty and integrity is what has led me to develop the close working legislative relationship on the House Agriculture and Consumer Affairs Committee that we have.
He is a moral compass and anchor for all of us who know him and serve with him. I know that Rep. Mathis has earned the trust and confidence of all of you in Cochran, Gordon, McIntyre, Toomsboro, Jeffersonville, Dry Branch, Eastman, Chauncey, McRae-Helena and every other town in-between.
Representative Mathis not only serves on the Agriculture Committee protecting our state’s largest industry but other vital committees as well – Appropriations, Homeland Security, Motor Vehicles, Public Safety and Transportation.
All of these are essential committees which impact District 133 on a daily basis. His experience as a business owner and proven public servant makes him the best candidate to continue representing you in Atlanta.
I encourage my fellow citizens to support and vote to re-elect Danny Mathis on May 19th to ensure that District 133 continues to have a strong and principled voice at the State Capitol. I am happy to discuss the upcoming election with any of you to encourage you to vote and vote early.
Sincerely,
Robert L. Dickey, III
Chairman, Agriculture and Consumer Affairs
District 145
